Volunteer Community Administrator - NZXT Inc.
In this role I have been instrumental in the day to day running of their community platforms.
Since joining I have worked 1:1 with both global and regional community managers within the company, assisting personally with the transition of 4 community managers.
During this time I've their moderation team which keeps the club a safe, clean and friendly place for our users, always doing their best to help users with issues and resolving negative member interactions with haste and respect.
I have been involved in the creation and processes of various community engagement programs which have resulted in thousands of rewards, both physical and digital, being delivered to users across the planet.
Additionally I have created new processes for the onboarding and training of volunteer moderators, maintained bots, planned projects, hosted/coordinated events, and reported to the global CM & the director of PR.

With this role I have been part of their community moderation team, having assisted with the creation/testing of their community discord server with the former CM.
Since this I have continued in supporting the community moderation team and their day to day moderation needs, working alongside the rest of the volunteer team and the global head of CX.
